Shipping and Returns

Delivery Time:

How long will It take for my order to arrive?

Deliveries will usually arrive within:

  • 4 - 8 business days (VIC and NSW)
  • 7 - 10 business days (TAS, SA and QLD)
  • 9 - 14 business days (WA and NT)

Please note: Parcels cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one there to collect. To ensure you can collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address. 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns:

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your account immediately.  

Items Not Eligible for Refund & Return:

The following circumstances DO NOT qualify for refunds: 

If you change your mind or order the wrong product after you have purchased a product for whatever reason. 

Where you have failed to read the specific terms and conditions.
